Pure Cu (99.5%), with a particle size range of 20-63 µm, is designed for advanced manufacturing with its combination of machinability, conductivity, and corrosion resistance, making it a versatile choice for many industries. High-purity copper is ideal for creating components in the electrical and electronics industries, where efficient energy transfer and heat dissipation are crucial. The addition of ~0.5% Tellurium (Te) greatly enhances the machinability of printed parts, allowing for easy machining of tight tolerances and surface finishes.
The 20-63 µm particle size suggests good spreadability for recoating systems with recoat speeds up to 260 mm/s. Other tailored particle size distributions are available upon request.
