OFHC (Oxygen-Free High Conductivity) Copper powder is a premium-grade material known for its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, making it ideal for advanced metal additive manufacturing applications such as electrical components, heat exchangers, and automotive parts. With a high purity level of >99.95%, OFHC Copper powder offers superior performance in applications requiring high conductivity. The angular shape of our copper powder produced from our DirectPowder™ system results in 80-90% laser absorption, resulting in high-density parts with lower power requirement for LBPF compared to atomized powder.
